Spring hopes Eternal: Part IV

Our final look in the Spring hopes Eternal series! I am absolutely aghast at how beautifully this came out– it’s really lovely to know that I can sit down, make some headbands, a hat, a collar, and a bow tie, and call each of my friends up to get their unique talents happening to create a solid aesthetic reality. I truly felt like I was working with my Dream Team. While I definitely had concrete ideas about each element, it was their amazing expertise that made the reality twice as brilliant as what was in my head. I mean, really. Tanya used hand-dyed extensions and got creative with a faux-fringe. So, so chic and fun! And I loved the space-moth look that Danie did. You really can’t go wrong with lilac makeup for early Summer. It kills! It should be mentioned that Ali is not technically a model– although you’d never know it from this shoot! She actually did the makeup for my wedding, and is a family friend of Ben’s.
